Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to process all orders received by noon MST the same day; later than that, they’re mailed the next day. Sometimes we manage to get later orders out the same day, too.

For domestic shipments, if the order weighs 13 oz. or less, we send it First Class Mail. Others are sent Priority Mail. In each case, they generally arrive in two to three days after mailing. To Colorado or neighboring states, they often arrive the next day.

Our experience is that USPS is faster than UPS Ground to most destinations. You also have the option of choosing faster service for an additional cost.

We offer FREE shipping (via USPS Priority Mail) on all orders of $75 and above, to addresses in the U.S.

Lastly, if you happen to live in Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, or New Mexico, you can find NovAurora products in selected retail stores.

Viewing Orders

For online and phone orders we will send you a detailed order confirmation via email as soon as your order has been received. We will send you an additional email with tracking information (if available for your chosen shipping method) as soon as your order has shipped.

We recommend that you create an account on our website. Creating an account will enable you to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses (never your credit card information), view and track your orders in your account, easily re-order products you've ordered before and more.

You can create an account prior to placing your order (it's quick and easy), or right after you have placed your order (we'll already have your email, name and address, so you'll just have to pick a password).

Updating Account Information

If you have previously created an account with us, updating the information in your account is easy. Just use the sign in link at the top of every page (in the purple bar) to sign in to your account. After you sign in, you can use the go to your account dashboard link (also in the purple bar at the top once you've signed in) to get an overview of your account.

From the account dashboard, you will find easy navigation options on the left that allow you to update your information.
